The Scope of Phase 1

Under the contract, [UNEC] will deliver the first phase of the development over a 31-month construction programme, covering:

• 614 residential units — including townhouses and villas designed to the highest standards of quality and craft.
• AED 1.9 billion in contract value — one of the most significant residential awards of the year.
• A fast-track, quality-driven delivery plan aligned with ORA's vision for the destination.
