Established in 1998 by [UNEC] Chairman Eng. Abdulhalim Muwahid, SAFE MIX is a multi-award-winning UAE leader in ready-mix concrete. With 6 branches, 15 automated plants producing 2M m³/year, and a fleet of 40+ pumps, 160+ mixers, and 42 booms — plus a state-of-the-art block factory producing 1.2M+ blocks/month.
SAFETECH Precast Building Manufacturing LLC is an MIG Holding company and a core pillar of the Group's industrial portfolio — proudly operating the Middle East's largest and most advanced precast concrete facility. Spanning over 2.2 million square feet, with a 750,000 sq ft manufacturing area and an 800,000 sq ft storage yard.
UNEC WOOD WORKS was established in 1992 to cope with the growing demand on UNEC to provide quality joinery products. For +28 years, UNEC WOOD WORKShas provided over 90% of the company's internal joinery requirements and has grown to now provide a substantial percentage of its overall turnover to an outside market.
AYKA is a dynamic Facility and Property Management enterprise deeply committed to providing innovative solutions for our esteemed clients. Our comprehensive suite of services spans facility and property management — encompassing technical (hard and soft) services, as well as security services. Our aim is to be the leading integrated FM service provider in the Middle East.
